Dynamic QR Codes

Print-ready SVG QR codes with editable destinations and per-scan analytics — change the link, never reprint.

01

Print once, redirect forever

Every code encodes a short XeroFlow link rather than the destination itself. Change where it points from the dashboard and the update takes effect instantly — no reprinting a poster, a menu, or a vehicle wrap because a landing page moved. A full change history records every destination it has ever pointed to and who changed it.

02

Designed to match the brand

Pick pattern and corner styles, colours, ready-made templates, and an optional centre logo, add a call-to-action frame (“Scan to enter”, “Scan to book”) in the brand colour, then export a crisp SVG for print or a high-resolution PNG for digital use. The code looks intentional on the page it appears on, not like a generic black-and-white square dropped in as an afterthought.

03

Every scan counted

Each code tracks a daily scan series, a unique-visitor estimate, and suburb, postcode, country, device, operating system, and browser breakdowns (location is network-derived and approximate) — enough to know a code is working without collecting cookies or storing anything personally identifying about the person who scanned it.

04

Part of the client's 360 view

Switch on Client 360 export and every scan, hosted-page view and lead is mirrored into that client's first-party tracking stream, so QR sits beside site visits and form fills in their reports and flows out through the same measurement destinations. Identity is the scan's daily hash and the GA4 client id the client's own tag already set — never a device fingerprint.

05

Test two destinations from one print run

Turn on a split test and a share of scans goes to a second URL. The same person sees one arm all day, every lead carries the arm it came from, and the code’s analytics show lead rate per arm with a plain-English verdict once there is enough data — no reprint, no second code.

06

Launches and subscriber offers

Register-interest pages take registrations until the launch date, then switch themselves to the launched message and send people on to the product. Subscribe pages add the email to one of your marketing lists (double opt-in respected) and reveal an offer code the moment they sign up.

07

Variants in bulk

Need one code per table, window, flyer or dealer? Paste a list of variants (or pick a count) and every code is created in one go under a campaign, sharing the same style, frame and destination. The campaign view rolls up scans and leads per code and downloads every SVG and PNG in a single ZIP.

08

Organised by client

Codes live in folders per client, with a QR tab on every client record so a whole client's codes are one click away. Role-scoped access keeps each account manager looking only at the clients they work on.
